<p><em>Public Wi-Fi networks are highly vulnerable to the misuse of Internet access, particularly for accessing websites containing online gambling, pornographic content, and illegal online lending services. Similar issues were identified in the public Wi-Fi network of Bukit Peninjauan II Village, which lacked an effective website filtering mechanism. This study aims to implement a network security system using MikroTik firewall integrated with DNS Static based on Regular Expressions (Regex), TLS Host Filtering, and the blocking of DNS over HTTPS (DoH) and QUIC protocols. This study used the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology, which consists of the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation phases. The proposed system was implemented on the public Wi-Fi network of Bukit Peninjauan II Village by configuring firewall rules to filter website access based on predefined domain patterns. The results demonstrate that the implemented Firewall Filter, DNS Static Regex, TLS Host Filtering, DNS over HTTPS (DoH) blocking, and QUIC blocking functioned as intended. The system successfully restricted access to websites related to online gambling, pornographic content, and illegal online lending services without affecting access to authorized websites. Furthermore, blocking DoH and QUIC effectively prevented users from bypassing the implemented filtering mechanism. In conclusion, the proposed network security system effectively enhances Internet access control and provides a safer, more secure, and better-managed public Wi-Fi environment for the community of Bukit Peninjauan II Village.</em></p>Taufik HidayatKhairil KhairilDeri Lianda

<p><em>The rapid development of information technology has encouraged students to be more active in using digital devices and the internet for learning activities and daily communication. However, the use of these technological devices is not accompanied by adequate awareness regarding cybersecurity. This makes students vulnerable subjects to various digital threats such as phishing, data theft, account misuse, malware, and cyberbullying. This education aims to provide students at SMA Panca Budi with an understanding of the importance of cybersecurity and how to protect personal data. Awareness of personal data protection will provide security and protection for personal data, which is now increasingly stored digitally. As teenagers with high curiosity, it is important to provide education and practice in digital security by implementing stronger password creation, enabling two-factor authentication, recognizing indications of phishing attacks, and avoiding the prevalence of cyberbullying. <p><em>This study aims to design and develop a web-based expert system for diagnosing feline diseases using the backward chaining method—a goal-driven inference technique that traces symptoms from a disease hypothesis back to supporting facts. The system was developed using the Prototyping method, comprising six stages: requirements gathering, rapid prototype design, prototype construction, expert evaluation, final system development, and system testing. Knowledge was acquired through interviews with veterinarians and a literature review, resulting in a knowledge base covering four types of feline diseases and seventeen symptoms, represented as a rule base using IF-THEN logic. The system features three user roles—admin, veterinarian, and pet owner—with pet owners able to conduct consultations without logging in via a symptom-based Q&A interface. System validation involved Black-box testing to verify functionality and expert-led accuracy testing to validate diagnostic precision. Black-box testing results showed that all nine test scenarios performed as expected (100%), while expert accuracy testing demonstrated a high level of accuracy. Consequently, this backward chaining-based expert system serves as a reliable, efficient, accurate, and accessible tool for the preliminary diagnosis of feline diseases.</em></p>Melda ManuhutuYustia YustiaJuneth Wattimena
